indoor mineral baths, outdoor thermal bath, shared balcony with spectacular night skies
The lack of cold water made for uncomfortable bathing experiences. More towels would have been helpful, and the proximity of the outdoor tub to parking creates potential disruption. Disabled accessibility needs serious improvements!!!

I loved the nature of the staff. Everyone greeted me with warmth and kindness throughout my stay. The soak in the spa was blissful and their breakfast was top-notch, especially the southwest eggs Benedict. Got a Deluxe Queen Room, which was clean and well-decorated, but the bed was a bit too soft for my liking. The hot springs were magical, providing a tranquil escape. However, the location felt slightly rundown and the hotel was pricier than expected given the room size. No children allowed in the hot springs was disappointing since I traveled with family. Still, I adored my time soaking and wish I’d planned another day to enjoy more spa services.

The view from my room was breathtaking, showcasing a serene garden ambiance that added a peaceful backdrop to my getaway.

We loved soaking in the outdoor hot springs pool under the stars! The huge shared balcony off our suite overlooked the mountains, making it perfect for family hangouts. Breakfast was a hit with a delicious omelet and fresh cinnamon rolls.
My kids wished there were more family-oriented dining options available.

Great stay with a lovely view from our 2nd floor balcony room. The food in the restaurant was a highlight, especially the steel head trout and the wonderful smoked salmon at breakfast. However, the experience was slightly dampened by the absence of an elevator for luggage transport and the limited breakfast options on certain days. The private mineral bath offered a soothing experience without unpleasant odors, adding a nice touch to our trip.

Ideal getaway for couples
We took full advantage of the thermal baths-three sessions where we soaked under the stars, it was special. The restaurant served up a mouth-watering ribeye steak, bloody good steak cooked just right, paired with a good arugula salad.
The price tag wasn’t exactly small, but it was worth it.

The breakfast spread was lit, especially those muffins—totally worth the wake-up! The staff? They're like your personal cheer squad, always ready to help out. The soaker tub in my spacious Deluxe Queen Room gave my tired bones exactly what they needed.
If I'm nitpicking, we could've used a few more towels—soaking up those hot springs is thirsty work! Also, the outdoor tub's proximity to the parking area made for an awkward serenade of tire-squeals as someone struggled to park. Not the lodge's fault, but it was a little distracting.
